Privacy notice

Bashira does not require an account. The current app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking SDK, AI API or developer-operated backend. Practice history, written reflections, comfort ratings and preferences remain in the app's device storage. The developer does not receive this content through the app.
Journal files use iOS file protection. This is not a claim of end-to-end encryption. The app keeps a previous journal version for recovery. Recovering a damaged file also preserves the unreadable file locally. Removing an entry from the visible journal does not necessarily remove it from recovery copies or existing device backups. Apple device backups may include app data according to your device settings.
Sharing is user-initiated through the system share sheet. Only share to recipients you choose. Source links open third-party websites, which have their own privacy practices. The app does not send your journal content to those websites.
Optional notifications are scheduled locally after permission is granted. Their text contains no personal journal notes. They can be turned off in the app or iOS settings. Sound is generated on-device. The app does not request microphone access or record you.
No mandatory registration or online account exists to delete. For local app data removal, use iOS Delete App, not Offload App; independently review existing device/cloud backups and copies you shared. If you email support, the information you choose to send is processed to answer your request through the support email provider. Do not send passwords, payment information or private journal content.
Recorded guidance and sound
Prerecorded voice clips are supplied with the app. Listening does not send your journal, voice or text to a voice-generation service. Frequency tones and optional background texture are generated on the device.
Support and this website
If you contact support, your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send are used to respond and investigate your request. Send only the information needed. You may ask us about or request deletion of support correspondence; any applicable retention obligations will be explained in our response. We cannot access or delete journal files on your device remotely.
This support site does not add advertising, analytics scripts, forms or its own tracking cookies. The hosting and email providers may process technical connection and delivery information to operate and secure their services. Apple handles App Store payment and account information under its own policies; Bashira does not receive your full payment-card details.

We will update this page if the app's data practices change. The date above identifies the current notice. Contact us with privacy questions before sharing sensitive information.

Günlük iOS dosya korumasından yararlanır; bu, uçtan uca şifreleme iddiası değildir. Kurtarma için önceki sürüm saklanır. Bozuk dosya kurtarılırken okunamayan kopya da yerelde korunur. Görünür günlükten kaldırılan kayıt, kurtarma kopyalarında veya eski cihaz yedeklerinde bulunabilir. Cihaz ayarlarına göre Apple yedeklemeleri uygulama verilerini içerebilir.
Paylaşımı kullanıcı sistem paylaşım ekranından başlatır. Kaynak bağlantıları üçüncü taraf sitelere gider; bu sitelerin kendi gizlilik uygulamaları vardır. Günlük içerikleri bu sitelere uygulama tarafından gönderilmez.
İsteğe bağlı bildirimler izin verilince cihazda zamanlanır, kişisel not içermez. Uygulama veya iOS ayarlarından kapatılabilir. Ses cihazda üretilir; mikrofon izni istenmez ve sesiniz kaydedilmez.
Çevrimiçi hesap yoktur. Yerel verileri kaldırmak için iOS’ta Uygulamayı Sil kullanılabilir; Uygulamayı Kaldır/Offload aynı işlem değildir. Önceki cihaz/bulut yedekleri ve paylaşılan kopyalar ayrıca değerlendirilmelidir. Desteğe e-posta gönderirsen, paylaştığın bilgiler destek e-posta sağlayıcısı üzerinden talebini yanıtlamak için kullanılır. Parola, ödeme bilgisi veya özel günlük içeriklerini gönderme.
Kayıtlı rehber ve sesler
Önceden kaydedilmiş ses dosyaları uygulamaya dahildir. Dinleme sırasında günlük, sesin veya yazdığın metinler bir ses üretim servisine gönderilmez. Frekans tonları ve isteğe bağlı arka plan dokusu cihazda üretilir.
Destek ve bu web sitesi
Desteğe yazdığında e-posta adresin, mesajın ve kendi seçiminle gönderdiğin ekler talebini yanıtlamak ve sorunu incelemek için kullanılır. Yalnızca gereken bilgileri gönder. Destek yazışmaları hakkında bilgi veya silme talep edebilirsin; geçerli saklama yükümlülükleri varsa yanıtımızda açıklanır. Cihazındaki günlük dosyalarına uzaktan erişemeyiz veya onları silemeyiz.
Bu destek sitesi reklam, analiz betiği, form veya kendine ait takip çerezi eklemez. Barındırma ve e-posta sağlayıcıları hizmetin çalışması ve güvenliği için teknik bağlantı/teslim bilgilerini işleyebilir. App Store ödeme ve hesap bilgilerini Apple kendi politikalarına göre yönetir; Bashira tam ödeme kartı bilgilerini almaz.
